OpTeC Conference Registration Information
About
The Montana State University's Optical Technology Center (OpTeC) will host the 31st annual OpTeC Conference on October 9, 2025. This year, we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Optical Technology Center; in 1995, the Board of Regents approved the establishment of the Center. The OpTeC conference highlights optical science and engineering and is where undergraduate and graduate students, research staff, and faculty report on recent developments in optics at Montana State University. Companies will also share new developments in industry. After a day of oral presentations, a highlight of the meeting is always the evening catered poster session that includes many local and regional businesses. Please join us in celebrating 30 years of optics and photonics at MSU.

Registration Fees are as follows:
Individual: $40
Student: $25
Exhibitor: $60 - $250
Registration will be through the SPIE OpTeC Conference Attendee Registration Page. You will need to create a free SPIE account if you do not already have one. Registration is paid by credit card, and after completing your registration, you will receive an emailed receipt. You MUST complete form links at the bottom of the receipt to complete your registration.

- Exhibitor registration includes two booth staff. Please register them as attendees on the SPIE OpTeC Conference Attendee Registration Page.
- Upon receiving your emailed receipt, you MUST complete the forms via the links at the bottom of the receipt to complete your registration.
